Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Fitness Hub, the iPhone and Android app for running, strength training and guided breathing developed by Abdulaziz Aloshin (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

1. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Fitness Hub on devices you own or control: on Apple devices under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, on Android under the Google Play Terms of Service, and under these terms. Where they differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.

2. Fitness Hub Pro

Fitness Hub builds programs and puts approved workouts on your Garmin watch for free. Fitness Hub Pro is an optional subscription that adds the connection to your own Claude. The store you bought it from bills Pro (Apple through your Apple ID, Google through Google Play) at the price shown in the app before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel. On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store account settings; on Android, cancel in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are handled by that store under its rules. We may change what Pro includes or costs; a price change applies only from your next renewal, and the store will tell you first.

3. Your training is your responsibility

Fitness Hub gives general training guidance. It is not medical advice and not a medical device. Check with a doctor or another qualified professional before you start a new program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant. Programs, whether the app builds them or Claude writes them, cannot know everything about your body. Listen to it. Stop at once and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath beyond normal effort. You decide which sessions to approve and do, and you are responsible for your training and your safety.

4. Garmin

Fitness Hub connects to your Garmin Connect account through Garmin's official API, with your permission. Garmin Connect is Garmin's service and is covered by Garmin's terms and Garmin's privacy policy. By connecting Garmin you also agree that:

  • Garmin makes no promise or warranty to you about Fitness Hub, and provides its service and data to Fitness Hub as they are.
  • Garmin is not responsible for Fitness Hub and is not liable to you for anything that comes from your use of Fitness Hub or of Garmin data in it.
  • You will not misuse the Garmin connection or Garmin data. That means no trying to reach other people's data, no copying or scraping Garmin data out of the app, no reselling it, and no using it to build a competing product or to train AI.
  • Garmin may change, limit or end access to its API at any time. If that happens, Garmin features in Fitness Hub may stop working without notice.

You can disconnect Garmin at any time in the app or in Garmin Connect. Garmin and Garmin Connect are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries, and Fitness Hub is not made or endorsed by Garmin.

5. Claude

Connecting Claude is optional. Claude is Anthropic's service and is covered by your Claude account, Anthropic's terms and Anthropic's privacy policy. We don't control what Claude writes. Read every plan before you approve it, because nothing Claude sends reaches your watch until you do. Fitness Hub is not made or endorsed by Anthropic.

6. Acceptable use

Use Fitness Hub only for your own training and within the law. Don't try to get into our servers or other people's data, overload or disrupt the service, get around its limits, or use it to harm anyone.

7. Reporting abuse

If you see Fitness Hub, its server or the Garmin or Claude connection being misused, or find a security problem, email abdulaziz.aloshin@gmail.com with the subject “Abuse report”. We read every report.

8. Ending use

You can stop at any time: erase your data in Settings, disconnect Garmin and Claude, and delete the app. We may suspend or end your access to our server, and with it the Garmin and Claude connections, if you break these terms or if we have to stop the service. Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10 still apply after that.

9. No guarantees and limits on liability

We work to keep Fitness Hub accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always work, be error free or suit your goals. Data from Garmin, Apple Health, Health Connect or other sources can be missing or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury that follows from training you chose to do, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Fitness Hub Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If a change matters for how you use the app, we'll tell you in the app first.
