Common questions

I have memorized part of the Quran already

Open Settings and tap Memorized up to. Pick the surah and type the ayah. Everything before it goes into your revision, and the lessons carry on from the next ayah.

I want to go from An-Nās, not Al-Fātiḥah

In Settings, set the Direction to From An-Nās. The lessons then go from An-Nās back to Al-Fātiḥah, and the Mushaf's surah list runs the same way. What you have memorized stays memorized.

The lessons are too long, or too short

Change the Daily amount in Settings, in ayat or in pages. A larger amount builds up to it over the next few weeks rather than all at once.

The reminder never arrives

Mudarasah can only notify you if the system lets it. Check that the daily reminder is on in the app's Settings, and that notifications for Mudarasah are allowed in your phone's settings.

How do I start again?

On the Plan tab, the menu lets you edit the plan, change it, or start it again. To erase everything instead, use Settings → Delete everything.

Is my data private?

Completely. There is no account, no server, and the app makes no network requests at all. Read the full Privacy Policy.
